Title: Stuffing mix (for poultry)

4 c Bread cubes (6 slices)
2 tb Salad oil
1 tb Parsley flakes
1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
1/2 ts Rubbed sage
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Spread bread cubes in shallow baking pan. Toast in 300 degree F. oven
about 30 minutes. (Bread will shrink slightly.) Combine the other
ingredients and sprinkle it over the bread cubes. Toss to coat evenly.
Makes about 3 1/4 cups.
