      4 md Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
      1 tb Hot Red Chili Or Cayenne
           -Pepper Flakes, Crushed
      6 tb Fresh Lime Juice
    1/4 c  Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
    1/2 c  White Sugar
      1 c  Warm Water
 
  Yield: 1 3/4 Cups Of Sauce
  
  Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  
  Serve at room temperature.
