Title: Sweet & sour meat loaf (1)

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce
    1/4 c  Brown sugar
    1/4 c  Vinegar
      1 ts Mustard
      2 lb Ground beef
      1 c  Sliced mushrooms
      1 ea Egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c  Onion minced
    1/4 c  Crushed crackers
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 
  Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce.  Combine remaining
  ingredients, kneading together with hands. Add 1/2 tomato sauce
  mixture. Put in loaf pan.  Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at
  400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
