      Title: Sweet noodle kugel

      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      1 lb Broad noodles, cooked and
           Drained
  1 1/2 pt Sour cream
  1 1/2 c  Butter, melted
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla
      5    Eggs, beaten
      1 lb Crushed pineapple, well
           Drained
      4 oz Dried apricots or peaches,
           Diced
           Cinnamon sugar
 
  Grease 9 by 13 inch-pan. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon
  sugar. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at
  350F for 45 minutes.
