      Title: Tangy green bean casserole

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 lb Fresh green beans -- cut in
  1 1/2    In pcs.
      2 tb Onion -- finely chopped
      2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
      1 tb Vinegar
      1    Garlic clove -- minced
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 tb Dry bread crumbs
      2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
      1 tb Butter or margarine --
           Melted
 
  In a saucepan, cover beans with water.  Cook until crisp-tender;
  drain. Add onion, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper; toss to
  coat. Transfer to an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish.  Toss crumbs,
  cheese and butter; sprinkle over bean mixture.  Bake, uncovered, at
  350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
