1/4 c Sugar
7 tb Shoyu (soy sauce)
1/4 ts MSG; opt'l
2 ts Ginger root; grated
1/4 ts Garlic
1 lb Steak; cut thin
: -(4" width - 4" - 6" length)
Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and
shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling.
Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste.
