      2 tb Soy sauce
      2 tb Green onion stems -- minced
      1 tb Honey -- to 2tb or to taste
    1/2 ts Prepared hot mustard -- or

  Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake the jar
  vigorously to combine ingredients thoroughly. Keep refrigerated and
