Title: Thai salad dressing

    1/4 c  Lemon juice
    1/4 ts Chopped garlic
      2 tb Fish sauce
      3 tb Ground roasted peanuts
    1/4 c  Sugar
    1/4 c  Water-
           Dash cayenne pepper
      1 ts Chopped coriander leaves
 
  1-2     ea fresh red chilis-sliced 2-3 T chopped white onion *In a
  small sauce pan, cook sugar in water over med heat until it turns
  into a light syrup. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well. Let
