3 lb Pork tenderloin cut lengthwi
-se into 5 or 6 strips
1 c Soy sauce
1 tb "five spices"
1 ts Chopped fresh ginger
1 tb Sugar, granulated
2 ts Cooking oil
Marinate the pork for 1 hour at room temperature. Charcoal broil until
golden. The marinade can be refrigerated and reused, each time adding
