      Title: Tipsy sweet potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
  2 1/2 c  Cooked, mashed
           - sweet potatoes
      4 tb Butter; soft
    1/2 c  Firmly packed
           - light brown sugar
           Pinch of salt
    1/3 c  Jack Daniel's whiskey
           Pecan halves
           - or marshmallow for topping
 
  Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Combine all ingredients except topping.
  Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or
  marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings,
  but be careful, everyone will want seconds!
