Title: Tofu-fruit pudding

1/2 lb Firm tofu
3 tb Honey
1 c Frozen fruit;such as raspber
;strawberries or blueberries
Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade.
Process until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least an hour. Serves
