    1/2 lb Mushrooms -- sliced
      2 tb Butter
     55 oz Chicken broth
      4 c  Cooked chicken -- diced
     29 oz Stewed tomatoes
     16 oz Tomato sauce
      2    Envelopes
           Dressing mix
  1 1/2 c  Minute rice
           Good seasons italian salad
 
  Cook and stir mushrooms in hot butter; gradually stir in broth, then
  add chicken, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and salad dressing mix. Bring to
  a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in rice; cover
  and remove from heat.  Let stand at least 5 minutes.
