      Title: Traditional baked beans
 Categories: Easy, Pulses, Casseroles
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 lb Dried small white beans
  4 1/2 c  Water
    1/3 c  Molasses
    1/4 c  Brown sugar
      1    Onion, chopped
    1/4 lb Salt pork, in 1" cubes
      1 tb Dijon mustard
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Combine all ingredients.  Cover and cook on LOW 13-14 hours, stirring
  occasionally if possible.
  
  For added nutrition, serve with rice or bread or cornbread.
