    1/3 c  Dry vermouth
      2 tb Dried rosemary, crumbled
      1 tb Dried thyme, crumbled
    1/2 ts Sugar
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
 
  Whisk all ingredients to blend.
