Title: Little italy spaghetti

Yield: 2 Servings
3 oz Onion; chopped
1 1/2 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Garlic; minced
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Salt
6 oz Tomato; finely chopped
3 oz Mushrooms; finely chopped
3 oz Green pepper; finely chopped
2 oz Tomato paste
6 oz Spaghetti; cooked
Saute onion in a suacepan with olive oil until onions are
translucent. Add garlic, basil, oregano and salt.
Stir. Add vegetables and tomato paste. Continue to cook over medium
heat, covered, for 15 minutes. Add spaghetti and toss. Serve hot.
