Title: Tuna spinach au gratin

Yield: 4 Servings
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
-and flaked
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped
-spinach, cooked and
-drained
-dash pepper
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Grated Parmesan
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Bread crumbs
1/2 c Mayonnaise
Blend first 7 ingredients and fold in the mayonnaise. Spoon
into individual shells or 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with
additional cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven (moderate) for 20
minutes. Serves 4.
