Title: Turkey & mozzarella cheese picnic loaf

      1    Loaf, 1.1/2-lbs. round sour-
           -dough bread
    1/3 c  Kraft House Italian dressing
      6    To 8 fresh spinach leaves;
           -stems removed
      1 c  Kraft low moisture part skim
           -mozzarella cheese; divided
           -(4-oz.)
      6 sl To 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli
           -thin roast turkey breast
      1 sm Red onion; thinly sliced
      1 sm Tomato; thinly sliced
    1/2 sm Cucumber; thinly sliced
 
  Heat oven to 350~.  Cut slice from top of bread loaf, remove center,
  leaving 1/2" shell.  Lightly brush inside of shell and top with
  dressing. Fill shell with spinach, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, turkey,
  tomato, cucumber, and remaining cheese.  Cover top of bread loaf;
  wrap in foil. Bake 45 mins. Cool 10 mins.  Cut into wedges; serve hot
  or cold.
