    1/4 c  Olive oil
    1/4 c  Finely chopped parsley
      2 tb Finely chopped chives
      1 tb Canned pimiento, finely
           -chopped
      1 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
  Makes 1 cup
