Before you submit payphones to us, please make sure you have:

The phone's exact location, at about the same level of detail as existing numbers in the list |

|
If known, the kind of phone |
If the phone is a COCOT, please mention this, as we would like to verify whether the phone answers with a carrier.
We also accept un-submissions - as cellphones and COCOTs become more common, Telus is removing less profitable phones from certain locations. Also, COCOT operators are turning out not to all be as financially stable as the incumbent telco - we have discovered a number of "derelict" payphones that are still installed but disconnected, and we are sure you could find more. We have recently also had to remove a number of payphones due to building closures and demolitions and even a few destroyed by fire. If you know of a phone in this list that is no longer there, please let us know.
