A potential security vulnerability has been identified with HP-UX running HP CIFS Server (Samba). The vulnerability could be exploited remotely to execute arbitrary code.

HP has provided the following software updates to resolve this vulnerability. 

HP CIFS Server (Samba) vA02.03.03 for HP-UX B.11.11, B.11.23, B.11.31
