mannual. And help exsplain the process.

1.5 Distribution

This mannual is directly distributed by the AT&T Customer Information Center,
Indianapolis, Indiana. Orders for additional copies may be placed by calling 
1-800-432-6600. Refer to AT&T 235-001-001, Documentation Description and Order
ing Guide, for detailed ordering information.

Updates to this mannual are made when necessary. These updates are made by 
page, groups of pages, or sections, depending on the size of the update. This 
allows the  information to be distributed to the user in a more timely fashion.

1.6 Technical Assistance

Technical assistance for the 5ESS switch can be obtained by calling the 
Regional Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) at 1-800-225-RTAC. This telephone
number is staffed 24 hours per day. Durring regular business hours, your call
will be answered in your region. During evening and early morning hours, your
call will be answered at Rolling Medows, Illinois.
