Description

    Ilhom  Djalilov  found  following.   Webstar  4.0 (and earlier) is
    popular (or not)  Web, Mail and  FTP server for  MacOS.  One  day,
    when Ilhom was playing with his telnet he found machine with  this
    httpd.  When he made long get request (~1kb)

        GET /1111111...111.html

    it simply caused protection fault  (if this kind of error  present
    in macs) and when he tried  to connect to port 80 of  that machine
    his telnet said "connection refused".  D.O.S.
