VIEW MY GUESTBOOK! ever get tired of all the lame homepages that say "my dog's name is scruffy, and my cat's name is tom. i have two brothers and a sister and i'm a cool person" ??? well, so do i. here's a quick (and dirty) way to have some fun with these webpages that only take up space on the net. if you see a `Sign my guestbook' thingie, and it's from Lpage (www.Lpage.com) then simply do this. Fill out the guestbook with a bunch of crap, and at the very end of the message, put this on a blank line. <xmp><plaintext> it *should* erase their guestbook, because lpage allows you to add html code. i've done this many times with success, but lately i've been running into some problems with getting the page posted. i think lpage discoverd the flaw and has corrected it. but even so, you can still post massive html code in their guestbooks (forms, javascript, etc) if you don't know HTML (get a life) then just goto a page that has a new window popup each time you load the page (our main page, for instance) and view the source (in Nutscrape Aggrivator, it's in the View menu, under Document Source) that's all for now take it easy, and keep the net alive (and partly dead) rootwurm (rootwurm@pheces.org) http://www.pheces.org "Bask in the odor"
