NOTES:  This unit has four NAMS
        The ESN prefix is 152 decimal, 98 hex. (Walker/Technophone/JRC)

PROGRAMING:

1.  Turn power on by pressing FCN, 0.  Hold 0 for two seconds.

2.  Enter FCN, FCN, * 9 7 1 6 2 6 *.

3.  Press # to store each data entry.

4.  Press Volume up/down to increment entries.

5.  To complete programing and exit at any time press FCN, END
    (hold for two seconds).

6.  Each NAM can only be programed three times, it is believed that
    the MIN counter can be reset by entering FCN, FCN, * 6 4 6 2 2 5 7.
    If this does not work use an alternate NAM. If more than one NAM
    has the same system ID the phone will automatically select the last
    NAM with the same SIDH.
