NOTES:  This is a dual NAM unit.
        The ESN prefix is 167 decimal, A7 hex.

PROGRAMING:

1.  Turn power on & wait for "READY" to be displayed.

2.  Enter 1 2 3 5 8 * 0 # 9 8 0 #.

3.  The phone will display "Tst id>1", press 1 to access programing
    mode, or any other key to abort.

4.  The phone will display "NAM id>N" where N is the NAM number.

5.  Press 1 or 2 to select the NAM you wish to program.

6.  The * key is used to store each item and increment the step number.

7.  Having entered all new data press END when phone displays "Tst id>1"
    to exit and complete programing.  You may also press 1 to revert to
    step 4 above.
