Radio Shack CT 8003 Programming

RADIO SHACK CT 8003

NOTES:  This is a dual NAM handheld unit.
        The ESN prefix is 172 decimal, AC hex.  (Uniden)
        Radio Shack/Tandy: 817-870-5600


NAM PROGRAMING:

OPTIONAL: Use steps 1, 2 and 3 to select NAM.

1.  Turn power on.

2.  Optional: Select the NAM you want to program by entering 1 STO 9 0 for
    NAM 1 or 2 STO 9 0 for NAM 2.

3.  Turn the unit off.

4.  Press the * and # keys togeather and hold while pressing the PWR key,
    continue holding * and # until the display clears.

5.  Release * and # and within 7 seconds enter: 5 1 6 0 9 8 9 1.  The first
    step number and data entry (System ID) will appear.

6.  Data can be programed in any order:

         Enter the single digit step number,
         Enter the new data,
         Press STO,
         Enter the next item number... etc

7.  At any time press SEND to complete programing, phone should then
    display "PASS", press END to exit.  If "FAIL" appears try programing
    again.

9        0 OR 1              CONTINUOUS DTMF

LOCK: RCL 7 7 then four digit lock code.

UNLOCK: RCL 7 7 then four digit lock code.

SYSTEM SELECT: RCL 8 8 displays, STO N 8 8 changes, where N is:
1 = A only, 2 = B only, 3 = Home only, 4 = Pref/Non pref, 5 = Non pref/pref.
