While the copyright states that this was indeed written in 

November...all information contained was obtained during 

September, unfotunately difficulties arised and I was not 

able to complete this file until mid November...Lazy I 

guess.  I thought this might interest some people as to what 

goes on in the phone companies..and to show they still are 

not even close to being perfect.

Major Airports closed due to AT&T controled radar.

NYNEX is down.

SPRINT service also negated... MCI serverely overloaded.
