Verizon publishes all the exchanges servicing Erie County in the phonebook, why do I
want this file? Well, Verizon publishes a couple of the exchanges, but they forgot to 
list quite a few of them. These exchanges do not typically have customer lines on them, 
but do have carriers, loops, and other fun telco-related numbers. I have also listed the 
switch that is servicing the exchange, as well as it's address, just for informational 
purposes of course.
