Qwest residential voice mail apparently doesn't have a default password.  Voice mail setup has to be done from the line to which it is assigned (ANI authentication), and the first step is prompting the user to choose a password (4 to 15 digits, cannot begin or end with 0).  There is no password reset procedure.
