The Crimson Box Explained

The crimson box is the greatest box in the world!(well not really but
its cool)Read on for a good info on the crimson.

What It Is

Welp, the crimson box is basically a hold button, it just connects the
red (ring) and green(tip) wires in your phone together and it is a hold
button.

What You need

1. 1 - switch (we use everything from light switch to a little tiny
slide switch)
2. the brain of a stuffed animal!

How to Make it

ok, just hook up the red wire to the middle prong of the switch, and the
green one to the prong on the left. and there it is!

Hooking Up a LED

ok, just disconnect the green wire and run the Short end of the LED to
the place where the green wire was. Then hook the red wire to the short
end of the LED. And boom there we go.

Theres also something else i made that lets you turn your crimson on and
choose if you want your LED on or off. Ok, get the switch like in the
"Revised Red Box" plans and unhook the LED from the switch and the green
wire. Run it to the left prong on the middle set. Then hook the Long end
of the LED to the left prong on the left set and the short end to the
right prong on the left set.  Now just hook a wire that goes from the
left prong on the right set to the right prong on the right set.
Finnally run a wire from the right prong on the middle set to your main
crimson switch. Now i know that is like really confusing but take it
slow and sentense by sentense and you will get it

Other Uses

OK! this is the good part..........here are cool ways to use your crimson:

- what happens when your little/older brother/sister is on the computer
and you need to use it? Well, you hook up your crimson to the line the
computer is on (somewhere else in the house then where your computer is)
and turn on the crimson, and oops! your little sister got disconnected!
oh well, you'll fix it. But first you have to use your computer!

-Oh NO!!!! your moms rushing towards your and your not allowed to use
the phone, welp what do you do? turn on your crimson, (be smart and dont
have the led on) and hang up the fone your mom rushes in to see you
sitting watching tv while your fone is hung up! your moms leaves, closes
the door and you pick up your fone, turn off your crimson, and continue
talking.

-your mom is on the fone and you have to make a call, just hook your
crimson on and she and the person she's talking to will think the other
hung up, you then jump on the phone.

- Leave it on all day and watch you family go crazy because the fone is
busted!
